Update Log for Site

In the old days, a blog was a "web log" and that's all this is. A record of what I've done with the site as I change it.

(Feb 24, 2021) Added audio log section to BLOG index.
(Jan 12, 2021) First reference article describing #slowculture; and strikes me I should come up with a class (HTML) for blog updates in keeping with my long term goals of using this project to invent a simple HTML tagging system for documenting a fictional universe. Already discovered where it would be nice to use an auto updating date stamp (last updated) and ssi to pull in standard text, like the footer, but sticking to KISS for now, with goal to tinker as I go and evolve in place. After all, it's a #slowculture experience, not a work project.
(Aug 10, 2020) Finally, after nearly a year, updated the okalrel.org site with some stub pages.
